The Nimes team has over 20 years of direct experience investing in commercial and industrial real estate. Representative investments in commercial real estate include: direct investment in ground-up retail center development projects; investment in institutional real estate funds focused on the development of mixed used properties; and sale/leaseback financing. Additionally, Nimes has invested in more than 20 industrial projects totaling over 1.7 million square feet.


Multi-Family Residential

The Nimes team has developed strong relationships with several institutional real estate funds, including investing side-by-side with those funds in a number of residential repositioning projects. These side-by-side investments included large equity investments in some of the first residential developments of the KOR Group.
